Level the ground
The ground beneath the CombiRock™ foundation must be leveled. We recommend creating a compacted gravel pad to ensure stability and optimal support.
Place guidelines
The easiest and fastest way to install CombiRocks is to first mark the external perimeter of the foundation using a guide line, following the installation plan. This ensures precise alignment, making it easy to position the blocks correctly and allowing the foundation to come together seamlessly.
Lift into place
Lift the CombiRocks together, following the installation plan and guide lines for precise placement. Secure them using M16x170 bolts to ensure a straight and stable block line. Each CombiRock weighs approximately 340kg, so be sure to use appropriate lifting machinery for safe and efficient installation.
Tighten down
For corner installations, drill holes for anchors after the foundation is fully assembled. Secure each corner with two anchors through the predrilled holes. Once everything is in place, verify that the foundation is level and all measurements are accurate. Finally, tighten all bolts according to the assembly guide to ensure a strong and stable foundation.
